Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust (JRCT) is a responsive grant-making trust. Trustees have agreed on the following priority areas and welcome applications for funds under each of these headings: Peace and Security; Power and Accountability; Rights and Justice; Sustainable Future; and Northern Ireland.
JRCT is interested in funding work which:
- is about removing problems through radical solutions, and not simply about making problems easier to live with
- has a clear sense of objectives, and of how to achieve them
- is innovative and imaginative
- and where the grant has a good chance of making a difference
Registered, excepted or exempt charities can apply.
The average grant size £50,000.
