If the answer to all of some of these is ‘yes’, then these 90 minute development workshops are for you. The session will cover:
- Myth busting the assumptions we all make about movement
- Practical approaches to having theses conversation
- What gets in the way of having these types of conversations and what can we do
- How to approach these conversations from a wellness perspective
- The importance of communities in supporting people with long term conditions to move more
As well as attending the 90 minute online session with up to 12 attendees, you will also have access to a load of handy and useful resources though ‘ The collection of Fabulous Stuff’ and be invite to be part of a network of people who are testing out this approach. This network will meet monthly for six months through a series of ‘Learning Circles’.
