Manchester Charity Business drop-in clinics

16 Jun 2022 - 15:44 by michelle.foster

A Charity Panel Forum offers you the opportunity to explore your most pressing issues with a panel of 4-6 volunteers from Lloyds Bank. Your panel members will apply their various skills, experience, insights and perspectives to help you think through issues, test your thinking prioritise, generate ideas and form plans.

Forums offer a space for a broad and wide-ranging discussion about the issues you are tackling. You can tap into a variety of skills that Lloyds Bank Colleagues have which could include risk management, crisis review recovery, financial management, leadership and governance, project management, digital, leadership, managing teams and communications.

So, you are not limited in the challenges you can bring to a forum. You can discuss anything from managing remotely to improving your governance; from how to improve your charity’s profile to effective negotiation.

Need more detail?
You will start by completing a form sharing details of your Charity and the issues you would like the panel to help with
The forums will be delivered in Microsoft Teams and will last around 2 hours
You will be supported throughout by a facilitator who’ll help you to prepare and will follow up with you afterwards
There will be space for up to two representatives from your charity - staff or trustees.
At the start of the forum you will set out details of your issue before the forum opens up for discussion

If you would like to join a Panel Forum, sign up for one of the limited spaces on the Manchester Community support group Lloyds Bank.

A limited run of 6 Sessions, running virtually on Teams, every other Wednesday 10am-12pm from 6 July until 14 September 2022. Be quick as these spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
