Nominations for the Manchester Culture Awards 2018 are now live! You can nominate people, groups and organisations who made culture buzz in Manchester during April 2017 to April 2018. 
For these awards the organisation, individual or group that you are nominating must be involved in the promotion of the arts including Museum, Heritage, Visual Art, Music, Theatre and Performance, Dance, Film and Broadcast Media, Literature, Digital Art, Photography or Craft.
Nominees must be based in the City of Manchester (not Greater Manchester) or have a track record of delivering activity for the benefit of the people who live in or visit the city, or that benefits the local economy
The award categories are as follows:
- Young Creative of the Year
- Promotion of Health and Wellbeing
- Promotion of Equality and Diversity
- Promotion of Environmental Sustainability
- Promotion of Talent and Leadership Award
- Best Business Partnership
- Best Event
- Best Performance
- Best Exhibition
- Inspiring Innovation
- Outstanding Contribution
- The Manchester People’s Culture Award
The top three nominees in each category will be invited to a prestigious dinner on Wednesday 14 November, at the Etihad Stadium.
