Marketing for Free workshop 16 - 23 Sept - Are you a grime MC, writer or poet…A sound designer, producer or musician?

Sustained Theatre up North (STUN), Royal Exchange Theatre and Talawa Theatre Company are offering free opportunities specifically for Black Artists to explore with your art form, and other like-minded artists.

You may not think your art form has a place in theatre, but they are offering a workshop in which your creativity, experimentation and collaboration could become a piece of performance for the stage.

Taster/ introductory workshops are being held across 2 days, on 16 and 23 September 2017.
On the 16 September there are 4 sessions, 2 in the early afternoon 2 in the late afternoon, sign up to one of the below sessions:

Saturday 16 September
12pm- 3pm
• MC, writer or poets
• Sound designer, producer or musician
Or
4pm – 7pm
• MC, writer or poets
• Sound designer, producer or musician

On Saturday 23 September there is an extended workshop for anyone who enjoyed the taster sessions and want to experiment further.

Saturday 23 September, 12pm – 7pm
• Both musicians and writers collaboration!

All sessions will be taking place at STUN - Z-Arts Centre, 335 Stretford Road, M15 5ZA Manchester.

These workshops are specifically designed for Black Artists in the Northwest. This is a chance to experiment and grow your art from into other disciplines.

Lunch will be provided.
