NOMA Fund

7 Apr 2022 - 15:35 by michelle.foster

The NOMA Fund offers awards of up to £1,000 to grassroots community groups working with young people aged between 11 and 25 years old.

fundingThe NOMA Fund welcomes applications from grassroots community groups working with children and young people within the boundary of the M60 motorway.

The NOMA Fund aims to encourage and support grassroots community activity. This means small, community-based and locally controlled groups that manage themselves, encourage people to get involved as volunteers and who just need a bit of financial help to be able to work with their community in the way they’d like.

Applicants should be working with young people between 11 and 25 years old and have an annual income of less than £100,000.

Activity needs to be taking place and supporting those who live within the boundary of the M60 motorway.

Local groups understand how they can best work in their communities, so you won’t be limited on the type of request you can make. You just need to know what you want to do and what positive things your activity will provide for those in your community.

All activity must be Covid-19 safe and undertaken in line with current government guidance.
