Funded by the Manchester Local Care Organisation for two years (April 1st 2025-March 31st 2027), Manchester Settlement (Charity based in Openshaw) is inviting written Expression of Interest forms from VCSE organisations specifically in the Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton and Openshaw neighbourhood (Manchester Settlement are looking for new applicants for this position and are not considering any prior submissions).
As well as supporting your communities to understand and manage their LTC’s, within the context of Health Inequalities, you will receive the time to develop your learning by receiving a training package which will include community engagement practice (The Framework for Health Creation) and project monitoring and evaluation.
In turn, you will receive a total of £32,000 each year to recruit/deploy a co-ordinator who will engage with 4 ‘other’ organisations in your neighbourhood.
