A recent suggestion is to hold an event for peer workers where they can come together in person to connect and celebrate themselves
What to expect:
- Celebration: Fun and thought-provoking activities to help you connect and reflect on your journey as a peer worker
- Networking: Share what you do and promote your work
Lingua and Gaddum are looking at a catered event over a 3-hour period (probably from 11am - 2pm during a weekday) this Autumn at a Manchester City Centre venue. If you'd be interested in attending complete the Peer support celebration and networking survey here
