Pride In Place: what do you think about your area

The Pride in Place programme is investing in the UK's local communities. Areas will get funding to create vibrant neighbourhoods everyone can be proud of. Over the next 10 years, each area will receive up to £20 million. The money will go towards things that matter most to local people.

Five areas in Manchester have been chosen:

  • Clayton Vale (parts of Clayton and Openshaw, Miles Platting and Newton Heath)
  • Gorton South (parts of Longsight, Gorton and Abbey Hey, Levenshulme)
  • Benchill South and Wythenshawe Central
  • Harpurhey South and Monsall (parts of Harpurhey, Moston, Crumpsall)
  • Moss Side West (parts of Moss Side and Whalley Range)

This short survey asks:

  • How you feel about where you live
  • Your ideas to improve your area

Your answers will help guide decisions on where the money goes and the future of your neighbourhood. Complete the survey here
