Small Charity Week celebrates and raises awareness of the essential work of the UK’s small charity sector who make an invaluable contribution to the lives of millions of individuals, communities and causes across the UK and the rest of the world.
Small Charity Week is brought to you by the Foundation for Social Improvement (FSI), who with the support of partner organisations ensure the work of small charities is recognised and celebrated.
Day one 16 June - I Love Small Charities Day
Small Charity Week launches with I love Small Charities Day – a day to raise awareness of the work of all small charities across the UK, whether you take part in one of the competitions below or carry out your own activity. There are two competitions to help raise the profile of small charities, which includes a cash prize for the winning small charities.
Day two 17 June - Big Advice Day
Small charities across the UK will be given free expert advice from third sector and business leaders on the topics they need help with the most.
Day three 18 June - Policy Day
Policy Day offers small charities across the UK the chance to meet with and engage with policy makers, commissioners and influencers to discuss the issues affecting them.
Day four 19 June - Volunteering Day
Volunteering Day is an opportunity for small charities to promote their current volunteer vacancies as well as a chance to engage with a range of events and activities designed to support you to find or support volunteers.
Day five 20 June - Fundraising Day
A range of FREE fundraising opportunities and support activities are being provided.There are a number of ways you can use the week to raise vital funds for your charity:

Day six 21 June - Celebration Day
Small Charity Week will close with Celebration Day, a day that will acknowledge and celebrate the work and impact of small charities on communities across the world.
