University Hospital South Manchester events to launch the new community services specifications

UHSM (University Hospital South Manchester) have put together a programme of events to launch the new community services specifications during September/October and would like to invite local voluntary and community organisations to be involved.

There will be a range of activities across a four week period with each week concentrating on a specific theme.

Frailty: 29 September
Mental Health: 5 October
Living Well in Manchester: 12 October
General Out of Hospital Community Services: 19 October

Plans are currently being formulated for these weeks and UHSM would like Community Explorers to be involved if possible. More information is included at the end of the attached action plan.
