User Voice is a national independent service user led charity and takes feedback from current service users accessing prison and probation services about their experiences of being on probation/prison and the services that are delivered to them.
Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, User Voice have widened their remit to reach out to a wider range of service users, including those in approved premises and third Party organisations who support service users.
