BMS Wellbeing is offering free wellbeing workshops for staff in charities and individuals that access your organisation.
The workshops include:
- 5 ways to wellbeing – learn how to apply the 5 ways to wellbeing to your life
- Break the habit: smoking – understand various ways to help you quit
- Stress and relaxation – gain a greater understanding of stress and its management
- Healthy eating – learn about the impacts of food on your wellbeing
- Sleep – find out various tips to improve your quality of sleep
- Confidence in communication – find out how to be more confident in communication
- Mindfulness – become more mindful in your daily life
- Physical activity – discover various ways to become physically more active
Each workshop lasts approximately 2 hours.
A light meal can be included.
