For company, reassurance and to be signposted to other relevant agencies and support.

For more information click here or contact Marie on 0787 528 6866 or Sam on 0781 696 0025.

You can become part of this scheme by volunteering to be a befriender or referring an older person to the scheme. Daily “how are you?” phone calls to keep people informed connected and on our radar for further support.

Just one 15 minute telephone conversation could make all the difference to a self isolating person and you could be that difference.

Why not make a phone call to someone who is isolated at home?
Millions of minutes are unspent by mobile phone users every day. Millions of older people go without contact or conversations everyday.
If you don’t use them you lose them so make your phone minutes make a difference.
