Key Focus / Role PurposeYou will be a visible leader across the service capable of building relationships at all levels across the service and beyondSupporting Senior Leadership colleagues in the Day to Day development of the business strategy including diversifying the company’s income, partnerships, mergers, bid writing, marketing and infrastructure.To build on the three overarching specialisms of the Early Break Business Plan building on your professional background and existing networks Day to day leadership and management and delivery of Early Breaks Services in the business/service areas.Understand the theoretical person-centred model upon which the Early Break organisation is based and demonstrate Leadership in this in relationships with internal and external stakeholders.As part of the Senior Management Team support the Chief Executive and the Board of Trustees in the organisational management of Early Break to the highest standards of business, legal, safeguarding and charitable governance
- Long service leave - an additional 4 weeks paid holiday after every 3 years in service
- 1:1 supervision sessions with an external supervisor to facilitate reflective practice. 10 sessions per 12 months.
