We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader roles, to join our team at Poppy Dementia Support in Swinton.Our flagship dementia support service is based at Humphrey Booth Resource Centre in Swinton, Salford. Poppy Dementia Support is our dementia day support service, and Poppy Dementia Suite provides specialist short-term residential dementia care.For this role, ideally you will have previous experience of leading a team or be ready to take that next step on your management journey. You will have the skills to motivate people and bring out the best in your team, be organised and excellent communicator.You will be passionate about the delivery of high-quality person-centered services and be ambitious about supporting people to achieve their goals.
