Nursery Leader (qualified to Level 3) Permanent post available 30-35 hours per week, morning hours are essential. £12.10 per hour Salary £18,876 - £22,022 Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference in the lives of children? An excellent opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as part of our highly experienced team in the Refuge. We are looking for someone passionate about early years education, and support and development for older children. The post is based within the OFSTED Registered Nursery setting and you will be leading the nursery provision and working with older children who have been affected by the trauma of domestic abuse. Purpose of the role: The role is based at Lewis House, a dedicated Refuge with 22 self-contained flats and outstanding OFSTED rated Children’s Nursery. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear love for working with children zero to sixteen years old, and a commitment to supporting children’s early learning and development in line with the early years’ foundation stage. Key Skills: You will be expected to:
- demonstrate excellent communication skills
- lead a small team
- be confident in liaising with children’s families.
