Team Manager - Dementia Support

We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to work within our flagship dementia support service, based at Humphrey Booth Resource Centre in Swinton, Salford. Poppy Dementia Support is our dementia day support service, and Poppy Dementia Suite provides specialist short-term residential dementia care.Working in our dynamic team, you will have responsibility for the leadership and management of all support workers within the dementia service and make a proactive contribution to the development and growth of the service in line with the strategic plans and priorities of Aspire.You will have excellent organisational and communication skills which will enable you to coordinate the smooth running of our services, and ensure documentation, record keeping and reporting meets with our performance indicators and is accurately maintained.You will have the experience and knowledge to be able to contribute to our annual service improvement plans, ensuring we meet both internal and external quality standards, and be able to lead on staff supervision and development, with the ability to manage performance, motivate and bring out the best in your teams.We work closely with our stakeholders, health professionals and partner organisations so you will also have the ability to maintain and develop key relationships.In return, we offer a progressive, supportive working environment, with real opportunities for personal development and growth.
