We have an opportunity for a Counselling Project to join the organisation on a fixed term 1 years basis. Reporting to the Senior Counselling Manager, the Counselling Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our Oldham and Ashton Counselling services. This role includes managing the continual development and implementation of the counselling service including recruitment, contract management, data and target management, reporting and management of our team of counsellors, placement counsellors and qualified volunteer counsellors.  As part of the role, you will complete managerial and clinical case supervision for staff and volunteers, including supporting with client risk and safeguarding concerns across the organisation.

 

What you will bring to TOG Mind:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for a qualified counsellor with a minimum of Level 4 Counselling diploma with 1 years post qualification experience.  The successful candidate will have an understanding of and managerial experience of an organisational short term therapy service alongside experience of contract management and supporting qualified and trainee counsellors.
