We are looking for a new team member to help deliver a vital service.

Back on Track are partnering with Shelter and Big Life Group to deliver the Early Help for Adults Service. This programme supports people who have experienced trauma, who have been homeless or live in poverty, and who face difficulties with mental health and addiction.

As a Back on Track Navigator, you will be working with people who have faced multiple disadvantages and will have a range of different needs. You will have a focus on progression, creative engagement and enhanced learning. You will build strong relationships with people who join the programme and support and guidance through one-to-one sessions and wider learning and wellbeing activities. Your approach will encourage independence and help people to work towards a positive future.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and flexible – putting their commitment to the people on the programme at the centre of their work. We deeply value diversity and lived experience, and we welcome applications from people who may have faced disadvantage.
