TLC: Talk Listen, Change are looking for an Administrator to join our Family Mediation Team.
The role
To complete administrative tasks within the Mediation department, managing calls, answering emails, booking appointments, liaising with solicitors and updating the case management system accordingly. To take a client focused approach and to work collaboratively with the entire Mediation team, including Mediators, Managers and other administrative staff. To attend and engage with the Mediation team meetings and wider administrative tasks as required.
It will be key to take time to understand the process of Mediation and take an active interest in how Mediation works and benefits those who attend.
