Live Well Manchester is Manchester response to the Greater Manchester initiative that brings together all the support and services that people need close to home, so that they can live well.

It brings together councils, the NHS, community organisations and residents.

Each part of Greater Manchester has the opportunity and some funding to implement the initiative in their own way.

Manchester has an ambitious long-term drive for a system that local people want and can use easily, based on community collaboration and power-sharing: People power, Place power, Provider power and Proactive power.
