This report documents the Diverse Leadership in Sport and Physical Activity programme, a six-month personal development initiative hosted by Manchester Community Central on behalf of 10GM, in partnership with GM Moving.
Running from October 2025 to March 2026, the programme brought together nine participants from global majority backgrounds to explore representation in leadership within the sport and physical activity sector in Greater Manchester.
It highlights key insights, reflections and recommendations for Macc and the wider sector from the project.
