Venture Arts: Introducing the creative approaches to work programme: Making neurodiversity your business

Venture Arts is a visual arts organisation that works with neurodivergent and learning-disabled artists across Greater Manchester.

Venture Arts are currently planning the delivery of the Creative Approaches to Work programme, which explores how creativity can support neurodivergent people to develop confidence, skills, and pathways into meaningful employment. As part of this work, they are gathering insights from neurodivergent young adults aged 18-30 about their experiences of finding, accessing, and sustaining employment.

Venture Arts have created a short survey to better understand the barriers young neurodivergent people face, as well as the support and opportunities that would make a positive difference to their employment journeys.

The findings will help shape the focus of the Creative Approaches To Work Programme.
