The main purpose of this post is to:
- provide flexible and adaptive general administrative and organisational support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team;
- provide specific support, in developing specialist pieces of work which, under guidance from the CEO, strengthen organisational resilience.
The post carries with it the opportunity to develop projects and initiatives which will develop the post holder’s skills, knowledge and understanding of the wider context in which organisations such as GMIAU operate and where ‘access to justice’ is under threat for people in need.
