422 Manchester, a project run by Manchester Vineyard, are creating affordable office spaces for small/micro businesses and entrepreneurs in the Ardwick, Rusholme, Longsight area.
422 Manchester are interested in enquires for small dedicated offices as well as co-working shared office space. Grant funding could be available to cover 6-12 months rental for qualifying businesses.
Originally built in 1850 this iconic building on the A6 was England’s 2nd free public library and was more recently know as Longsight Youth Centre. As well as providing office spaces, the aim of the project is to create a Community Hub to enhance the wellbeing of the area and will include a community café, large mixed-use social rooms, and a magnificent 1st floor hall for a range of activities and events. All of which will be available for ad hoc hire.
