Greater Manchester HIV Testing Week 25-30 November

Greater Manchester dedicates a week to HIV testing as part of its plan to end all new cases of HIV in a Generation.

Greater Manchester HIV testing week 2023 25-30 NovemberGreater Manchester HIV Testing Week, which runs from the 25-30 November, reminds Greater Manchester residents of the ease and importance of testing, ahead of World AIDS Day on 1 December. 

Regular testing for HIV is one of the main ways that people can help to end new transmissions of HIV and PASH will be increasing HIV testing opportunities by offering HIV and STI tests in several venues in the community across Greater Manchester and by offering rapid HIV tests through bookable appointments.   
For the first time rapid HIV self-tests are available, which give you quick results in the comfort of your home. You can order the kits from BHA’s website: www.thebha.org.uk/hivtesting subject to eligibility criteria.
