Wellbeing workshops for charities in Trafford and East Manchester

BMS Wellbeing is offering free wellbeing workshops for staff in charities and individuals that access your organisation.

The workshops include:

  • 5 ways to wellbeing – learn how to apply the 5 ways to wellbeing to your life
  • Break the habit: smoking – understand various ways to help you quit
  • Stress and relaxation – gain a greater understanding of stress and its management
  • Healthy eating – learn about the impacts of food on your wellbeing
  • Sleep – find out various tips to improve your quality of sleep
  • Confidence in communication – find out how to be more confident in communication
  • Mindfulness – become more mindful in your daily life
  • Physical activity – discover various ways to become physically more active

Each workshop lasts approximately 2 hours.

A light meal can be included.
