Allen Lane Foundation

The Allen Lane Foundation funds small registered charities, voluntary groups, and charitable organisations.

We award funding for charitable purposes across the UK. Our focus is on funding specific groups that experience marginalisation and/or discrimination and we currently make grants through seven funding programmes.

• Asylum seekers and refugees
• Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Communities
• People with mental health issues
• Offenders and ex-offenders
• Older people
• People affected by violence or abuse
• Young People

Our Trustees meet to discuss grant applications three times a year, generally in February, June and October.

You can apply anytime – we process applications all through the year, and will come back to you within a couple of weeks with our initial thoughts.
