Collaborating for impact: Building capacity for public engagement in health data webinar

Date & time: 17 June 2026, 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Venue
Online

This collaborative session brings together PEDRI, Understanding Patient Data, useMYdata and Connected by Data for a panel discussion and interactive roundtable facilitated by a public contributor. The session focuses on how to grow capacity across the sector to meaningfully engage people in conversations about the use of patient data.

Panellists will share how their organisations are embedding public insights and collaboration into ongoing initiatives, highlight practical approaches to strengthening public involvement, trust and transparency, and explore how we can work together across the ecosystem to promote collaboration and collective impact.

Through facilitated discussion and audience participation, the session will explore how collaboration can support capacity building and shared understanding through the real-world projects being delivered by these notable organisations.

Participants will be invited to contribute their perspectives, spotlight opportunities for partnership, and consider how we can all apply these lessons to advance public engagement in patient data.

Understanding Patient Data, PEDRI, and Connected by Data are excited to be supporting useMYdata’s National Patient Data Day with this event.
