The workshop will be delivered by Sophia Syeda and Jana Kovariova.

Sophia is actively involved in her local community, volunteering to bring together people from ethnic minority backgrounds through school and community events. With 14 years of experience in education and a background in Psychology, she brings warmth, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to community to everything she does.

Jana brings over eight years of experience in the UK voluntary sector, specialising in grants management and organisational development. At Voice4Change England, she leads regional support for Black and Minority Ethnic voluntary and social enterprise organisations across three English regions. She holds an MA in Philanthropic Studies and is passionate about addressing systemic inequality and strengthening grassroots communities.
