Locally, in Brighton & Hove and Greater Manchester, we support people to improve their mental and physical health, and find a safe, stable home of their own. Nationally, we push for policy change to improve the lives of people experiencing homelessness across the country.
Dementia choirs, musical activities for carers and other initiatives supporting people through music will be able to apply for multi-year grants of either £1,000 or £2,000 per year, depending on the 
size and scope of the project.

The Auto Trader Community Fund welcomes applications from grassroots community groups based in any of the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester. The Fund is offering awards of up to £1,000 and aims to encourage and support grassroots community organisations.
Micro-grants are being made available for community groups and local voluntary sector organisations within communities who are part of the UK Network of Age-friendly Communities, to take part in Centre for Ageing Betters new annual Action Day to tackle ageism, as part of a pilot programme.
