As our World AIDS Day Support Volunteer, you’ll gain valuable experience in event planning and organisation and volunteer management. You’ll work closely with our staff team as well as staff from the LGBT Foundation and BHA for Equality to fundraise and raise awareness about HIV and to ensure that our volunteers have a great experience of helping at World AIDS Day Events. This role is only available from October-December and requires a commitment of around 10 hours per week.

Key tasks include:

• Helping with administration for World AIDS Day
• Supporting around the recruitment of volunteers
• Supporting around the training/briefing of volunteers
• Supporting around coordination of volunteers for fundraising collections
• Supporting around the planning and organisation of the World AIDS Day Vigil
