Levenshulme Inspire is a community-led organisation which brings together people from many backgrounds to transform our area through community activity, creativity, enterprise and fun.

What are we looking for?

Inspire are looking for a specific volunteer to run our community fridge every Thursday 2 - 5pm. The volunteer in question must be reliable, enthusiastic and have experience and be confident when working in all areas of customer service. 

What would you be doing as a volunteer?

The community fridge is open on Thursdays at 3pm – 4.30pm every week. The fridge will be stocked with surplus food that is free for anybody to take with the goal being to reduce food waste. There will be fresh produce such as fruits and vegetables as well as meals prepared and packed by our very own Inspire cafe.

The volunteer will get a meal and refreshments each shift alongside any travel expenses.
