👉 Join us and help ensure no one faces serious illness alone
You will build a supportive relationship with a client through regular contact, either by visiting them in person, speaking on the phone, or connecting online. This may involve having a chat, listening, sharing interests or simply being a consistent, friendly presence in their life.
The role is flexible and can fit around your availability, with most volunteers offering 1–2 hours each week or fortnight. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you feel confident in the role.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping someone feel less isolated, more connected and supported during a difficult time.
