What is the Role
Resource Preparation & Administration:
- Prepare learning materials, worksheets, and employability resources tailored to learner needs.
- Create simple guides, templates, and step‑by‑step instructions for job search tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and support provided.
- Assist with organising sessions, workshops, and employer‑related activities.

- Can work well as part of a team, supporting tutors, advisers, and programme leads to deliver high‑quality learner support.
- Is adaptable, able to respond to different learner needs, levels, and goals.
