Key Responsibilities

As a Director, you will:

Attend and contribute to Board meetings

Provide strategic guidance and oversight

Support the CIC's growth, sustainability, and impact

Help ensure good governance and compliance

Act as an ambassador for Social Butterfly CIC

Support fundraising, partnerships, and relationship building where appropriate

Contribute expertise, insights, and ideas that strengthen our work

Champion diversity, inclusion, and equitable opportunities within the creative sector

Music industry

Creative industries

Community development

Charity, CIC, or non-profit governance

Marketing and communications

Brand partnerships

Education and employability

Fundraising and grant funding
