We're looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to join our Collections & Deliveries team at our Gorton shop.

As a Volunteer Driver's Mate, you'll accompany our van driver to collect donated items from customers and deliver purchases to local homes. The role involves lifting and moving furniture and other donated goods, so a reasonable level of fitness is required.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, stay active, and play an important part in supporting the work of Age UK Manchester.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with the collection and delivery of donated furniture and household items
• Helping to safely load and unload the van
• Providing a friendly, professional service to our customers and donors
• Working as part of a supportive team

We're ideally looking for volunteers who can commit to one or two full days each week, based at our Gorton Shop.

Full training and support will be provided.
