Key Tasks May Include:

• Welcoming and greeting guests, assisting them to find their tables, and ensuring they can navigate the venue safely.
• Providing general customer service and supporting the reception area.
• Selling raffle tickets, promoting the auction, and assisting with other on-the-day fundraising activities.
• Coordinating with live acts and entertainment, ensuring performers are ready for stage appearances and returned to the green room on time.
• Acting as a point of contact for vendors, supporting set-up and breakdown.
• Packaging and displaying raffle prizes in an appealing way.
• Assisting with the auction process and recording successful bids where required.
• Helping maintain the festive atmosphere and enjoying the event while making a difference!

Support and Training:
A full information briefing, including a health and safety induction, will be provided prior to the event. On the day, a short briefing will take place before activities begin. Volunteers will be supported by the charity fundraiser and event volunteer coordinators, who will provide clear instructions and guidance on the day.
