Description: Providing ESOL, Basic Skills and Vocational Training to adults
Services delivered: We provide free, British Council-accredited courses in English, Maths, ICT and ESOL. We also offer a traineeship scheme for 19 - 24 year olds who are unemployed or on a low income. Additionally, we run a variety of projects for the community, on themes such as wellbeing and healthy eating. Through our courses, we improve people's quality of life by guiding them into employment or further education and helping them to become confident, active members of their community.

Funding Support Volunteer We are a non-profit organisation, limited by guarantee which helps people in their personal and community development by refreshing and revitalising the local community with a range of projects including training, education, employment, recreation and social activities.
Marketing Assistant We are looking for someone who can support the Marketing and Communication in writing reports, company brochures and similar documents (publicity for the college), assisting with promotional activities, visiting customers. This role involves also organising market research, sending e-mails to potential customers, making calls to potential customers and other general publicity work. Community Development Support To organise and plan data about BME communities within GM and carry out a survey and assess the following areas: To find ways of developing BME Communities to meet challenges, Suggest activities for improving life styles of BME communities, Identify current approaches in developing migrants(BME) communities, What actions can be taken to address gaps for community integration and development.
Office Support Worker We are looking for an office based volunteer to help our organisation with the administrative tasks (taking phone calls, word processing, photocopying etc.) to help us in our work engaging hard to reach people in the local community with education, employment and improving their well-being.
