Black History Month Greater Manchester Civic Launch

Manchester Cathedral, Victoria Street, Manchester, M3 1SX

At this launch event the Caribbean & African Health Network (CAHN) will convene hundreds of people at Manchester Cathedral to officially commemorate the beginning of Black History Month. Held over the month of October in the UK, this calendar event grants us all the significant opportunity to recognise the achievements of Black people, salute the diverse cultures of Black communities and add our voice to seminal anti-racist activism.

CAHN are inviting you to join them to look ahead to Black History Month! A wealth of activities and conversations are set to unfold under the BHM umbrella throughout the month.

To hear more about these and get the chance to hear respected speakers share their insights, talented performers bring their A-game, and plenty more, sign up now for your free place at this BHM Civic Launch!

This event is being supported by Greater Manchester Combined Authority, with the backing of the Dean of Manchester, Rogers Govender, who is also a Patron of CAHN.
