A brief description of The Circus House

The Circus House CIC is nearly 10 years young! They are a social circus in central Manchester. They are passionate about using circus as a tool to build resilient members of communities. From youth circus sessions, including performing in shows and going on trips, to adult weekly fitness circus or therapeutic circus sessions. They pride themselves on having compassionate teachers and a welcoming community.

What to expect from the session
The session will be a fun look at the basics of object balancing and object manipulation or juggling. There are no specialist equipment needed but you will need a cheap 5p plastic bag, an A4 sheet of paper, balled up socks, tennis or other balls or round fruits or veg. You will need a bit of space for the session.  You will be standing or sitting, there is no need for a mat as we will not be lying down.
