7 Jan 2014 - 15:49 by michelle.foster

Do you have a project you'd like to get up and running in 2014? Are you looking for funding to continue running a group or activity for older people in your neighbourhood? The Age-friendly Manchester Small Grants fund provides small grants of up to £300 to projects that benefit older people living in the City of Manchester.

Priority is given to grant applications looking to provide sustainable support to community groups and projects, and in particular, projects tackling social isolation and loneliness. Applications are accepted from voluntary organisations, community groups and charities.

To apply, complete the attached application form and email it to: [email protected].

To request a copy of the application pack to be sent to you via post, or for any queries contact Rebecca Bromley on 0161 234 4049.

Two rounds of grants applications will be held in 2014, the deadlines for applications are:
• Friday 31 January
• Thursday 31 July
