The GM VCFSE Leadership Group have launched an open call for two new members to help address two of a small number of identified expertise gaps in the group: Local faith/interfaith networks and Community transport.
The ideal new members will be in senior leader positions within an organisation who can ‘connect’ to existing Greater Manchester networks and relevant boards or steering groups.
In line with the aims of their Race Equality Action Plan, The GM VCFSE Leadership Group are particularly encouraging applications from global majority communities. For the faith role, The GM VCFSE Leadership Group especially welcome expressions of interest from people of faiths that are currently underrepresented in the group. At present, The GM VCFSE Leadership Group is underrepresented in membership from non-Christian faiths.
