Good Things Foundation has been contracted by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to support the delivery of the next Census in England and Wales.
In 2021 the Census will be ‘digital first’ and Good Things Foundation will provide support to ensure those without digital skills or digital access can participate.
Good Things Foundation are working with the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to build a network of Census Support Centres who can support people to complete the census online, ensuring everyone has the chance to complete the census digitally.
Good Things Foundation are looking for organisations who can deliver support to people wishing to complete the census online between March and May 2021. You’ll be required to deliver the service across a set amount of hours each week with the possibility of additional delivery covering evenings, weekends and the census weekend.

Interested organisations should submit an Expression of Interest by 27 March, 5pm however interested organisations are encouraged to express their interest as soon as possible.
Successful organisations will then be asked to complete a fuller application form in April, and successful applicants will be informed by the end of June. Although delivery does not begin until March 2021, onboarding for successful applicants will begin in August 2020.
