Citizens Advice Manchester are delivering frontline worker training which will cover:
- What is Solutions to Tackle Energy Poverty (STEP)
- What the Priority Service Register is, and what the advantages are of registering your clients on there
- Energy advice and how it affects clients' health
- Ways to maximise clients income
- Check switch and Save
- Ways to reduce spending on Energy (efficiencies and behaviour changes)
- Setting up a client when a they move
The frontline worker training session, lasts about an hour: 50minutes of presentation and 10 minutes Q&A. Session size should be between 5-15 people at a time.
