Community on Solid Ground are offering mentoring and divisionary activities to meet the needs of young people across Manchester aged 11-25. This is provided by experienced youth and mentoring practitioners.
Young people will explore a range of issues, identify interests, experience divisionary and inspirational activities, maintain a personal portfolio, and be assessed to explore changes in attitude and behaviour.
Social and sports activities will be used to help young people experience more positive lifestyles, enabling them to be more resilient in order to achieve their full potential and positively contribute to the community.
