Women’s Resource Centre is delighted to launch a Feminist Leadership Training Programme open to women from any sector and location.
This new and exciting programme is designed for women wanting to develop leadership skills, build confidence and expand their knowledge-base through a feminist lens and connect with other like-minded women across the UK and the world.
Are you interested in exploring questions such as:
- What is the connection between leadership and feminism?
- What does it mean to be an anti-racist feminist leader?
- What impact does our personal histories of power have on our relationship with leadership?
- What does power and privilege have to do with team meetings?
- What is the purpose of a leader?
- Why is self-care a feminist practice?
- What influence does leadership have on organisational cultures?
To reflect, explore and discuss these questions, both individually and together with other women from around the world, apply for a place on the programme today.
