In the latest newsletter, GM Poverty Action report on two issues of Social Security.  The first is the challenge of the Government in the High Court, about whether it was lawful not to give people on legacy benefits the same uplift as those on Universal Credit have received and the second is looking at the people who could have claimed Universal Credit over the past year and yet didn’t do so.
