GM Poverty Action newsletter 29 June 2022

The newsletter includes an invitation to join an in person event: Levelling up isn’t working – how do we locally prevent and reduce poverty across Greater Manchester?’ on 19 July. The event will examine the findings from the Poverty Monitor 2022 and there will be a panel discussion. GMPA has launched a new project, ‘Money Matters’, which is aiming to maximise household incomes, working within education to reach parents and care givers of students. Local authority anti-poverty strategies are also firmly on the agenda.
